SHIPPING POLICY
We make it a priority to get each and every order out within 2-3 business days. We want to put our product in your hands in the shortest amount of time.
Currently we only ship within the Continental U.S.
overview
- We typically use USPS priority, depending on the size and weight of your package. Our usual processing time is 2-3 business days, after we receive your order.
- While we’re preparing your order, you will receive a tracking number. This number will provide you with detailed transit information, and expected delivery date.
delayed or lost packages
- If you have not received your order by the estimated date of delivery, you have two options:
- (1) You can file a “missing mail” search with usps. To do this, go to missingmail.usps.com, register or sign in to your usps account and follow the prompts.
- (2) Or let us know that you have not received your package. If you choose this option, we will file the missing mail claim for you. It can take 7-14 days for missing packages to be located. If the package is not located within 30 days, we will process a full refund.
- If your tracking number shows that your package was “delivered,” but you did not receive it, please do the following:
- (1) Verify that you provided the correct shipping address.
- (2) Contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number to see if the package is being held.
- Please note, we do not investigate or provide refunds for orders that are marked "delivered" by the carrier. ie: USPS, FEDEX, UPS.
